Unavailable or conflicting offer

EnergyAustralia: EV Night Boost (availability conflict)

Excluded from the current rate comparison. Official marketing page still displays 7c/kWh and smart-meter/EV eligibility. The current end-of-plan FAQ says it aims to bring back an EV-owner plan in 2027. Treat as unavailable to new applicants until EnergyAustralia resolves this conflict.

No current joinable tariff asserted. The previous 7c marketing rate is deliberately excluded from the numeric comparison.

Use the rate you can actually access.

Some plans cover all general household usage in a window. Origin EV Power Up applies an effective credit to controlled charging sessions. ENGIE advertises a credit against an underlying tariff. Amber uses changing wholesale prices with a monthly subscription. Those are different price structures.

For a useful estimate, put your address-specific rate into the charging-cost calculator and use your actual charging hours. Include your daily supply, other household usage and any subscription when comparing retailers.

State labels are indicative service areas. They do not establish that every address can join. This selection does not claim to contain every Australian electricity plan. Read the calculation method or compare public charging prices.
